Enables users to search and discover video content for free
Distributes earnings to creators when their content is found through search
Provides analytics and tools for content optimization

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Not create accounts for others without permission

4. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant SVID a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

Host, store, and display your content
Make your content searchable and discoverable
Transcode and optimize content for streaming
Display content metadata in search results

Prohibited content includes:

Illegal or unlawful content
Copyright-infringing material
Harmful, threatening, or harassing content
Spam or misleading content
Content that violates third-party rights

5. Pix and Payments

5.1 Purchasing Pix

Pix are purchased at a rate of 10 million Pix per $1 USD
All Pix purchases are final and non-refundable
Payment processing fees may apply
Pix have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency

5.2 Creator Earnings

Earnings are distributed when users find content through search
Payments are processed via blockchain technology
Creators are responsible for applicable taxes
Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of SVID and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Breach of these Terms
