Svid Clipper for Chrome

Send any tab's video to Svid, live-monitor a playing tab — dashboards, streams, pages behind your own logins — and search your library from the toolbar.

Send to Svid Right-click a video, link or page — Svid ingests it and your checks run on it like any other footage.

The Chrome Web Store listing is under review — until it's live, install takes four steps and works in Chrome, Edge, Brave and Arc.

Install

  1. Unzip the download — you'll get a svid-clipper folder. Keep it somewhere permanent (the browser loads it from that folder).
  2. Open chrome://extensions and switch on Developer mode (top right).
  3. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
  4. Open the extension's Options and Connect with Svid — one click, signs in with your existing account.

Svid Clipper only talks to app.svid.ai, asks for no access to the sites you visit, and captures a tab only while you're monitoring it. Once the Web Store listing is approved, installs and updates become one click and this page will point there.
